摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain underground speed structure quickly and accurately. SOLUTION: A controller 2 as a processing device for estimating the underground structure of the ground 1 is provided on a ground surface 1a that is an object to be investigated. An exciter 3 as a vibration source is connected to the controller 2. The exciter 3 is constituted so that it is vibrated at a specific frequency in a perpendicular direction based on a control signal from the controller 2. Also, a first vibration sensor 4 is provided with an arbitrary distance L1 from the controller 2. Then, a total of eight vibration sensors 4 ranging form a first vibration sensor 4, to a second vibration sensor 4 an eighth vibration sensor 4 for detecting the Rayleigh wave being propagated on the ground are installed side by side with nearly equal intervals of L2-L8 on a line where a straight line for connecting the controller 2 to the first vibration sensor 4 is extended.</p>
