PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the large deviation of a loaded article in a rectilinear direction from a former position, and also the tilted condition of the loaded article as it is together with a tilted base plate even the base plate is tilted. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a base plate 12: provided horizontally on a foundation member 10, a laminated structure 24: arranged at three positions at nearly constant intervals on one circumference on the upper surface of the base plate 12, and having plural elastic layers and plural rigid layers alternately laminated with the elastic layers, and a supporting plate 16: arranged on the structure 24, and thereon a loaded article 18 is placed to be supported. In this case, the structure 24 is arranged by fitting the laminated surface so that the respective center axial lines AL of the structure 24 vertical to the laminated surface of the structure 24 intersect at the oscillation center P at the time when the loaded article 18 and the supporting plate 16 perform the oscillation movement same as their integral pendulum movement. |
