PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leak of resin material to the outer circumference of an isolating metal fitting. SOLUTION: A cylindrical spacing fixture 20 is arranged at the inner circumference side of a support cylinder 16. A rubber seal material 19 connected to the lower part of an elastic body 18 is formed is a thin film to surround the whole outer circumference of the spacing fixture 20. The seal material 19 therefore, is placed between the support cylinder 16 and the spacing fixture 20, and the elastic body 18 including the seal material 19 is vulcanization-bonded to the spacing fixture 20. An end 19A of the seal material 19 seals a clearance between a forming die and a come-off preventing part 20B of the spacing fixture 20 to prevent resin material from flowing into the clearance. |
