PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead wire leading-out structure which is constituted to not interfere with external parts, etc., by suppressing the projecting height of the structure and, at the same time, can maintain the sealing ability of a sealant by preventing the influence of heat on the sealant. SOLUTION: A lead wire leading-out structure is constructed in such a way that a flexible pipe 13 having a prescribed length and flexibility is connected to a lead-out boss 11 attached to a casing 2 to be inspected through a connection sleeve 12 and, at the same time, a sealing member 20 is connected to the other end of the pipe 13. In addition, lead wires 3 passed through the sealing member 20, pipe 13, and sleeve 12 are led out from the member 20 in such a way that the wires 3 are sealed with a sealant.
