PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cooking range in which oven cooking can be finished deliciously and brown toast surface can be obtained by sustaining burner combustion even if the cooking chamber temperature reaches a set level when toast heating is set and then performing heating at a preset cooking temperature upon elapsing a predetermined time. SOLUTION: When toast cooking is set selectively and started, a circulation fan 7 is rotated under control of a microcomputer 14 and a gas burner 5 is combusted. Consequently, the temperature in the cooking chamber 3 increases with time and for a predetermined time after start of cooking, the gas burner 5 is combusted continuously regardless of the temperature in the cooking chamber 3 by the temperature sensor 18. If the temperature in the cooking chamber 3 reaches a preset thermo OFF temperature upon elapsing the predetermined time, the gas burner 5 is extinguished. When the temperature in the cooking chamber 3 drops down to a thermo ON temperature, the gas burner 5 is fired and cooking is performed while sustaining the temperature in the cooking chamber 3 at the cooking temperature for a preset cooking time.
