PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily evaluate machining accuracy regarding the position and attitude of a cell guide without using any mockup by providing a reflection prism that travels along each cell guide and measuring the three-dimensional coordinates values of the reflection prism at a plurality of positions along the cell guide. SOLUTION: A prism-traveling truck 51 with a reflection prism 5a moves along each cell guide, measures the three-dimensional coordinates values through the reflection prism 5a by a three-dimensional coordinates measuring instrument 52, and at the same time sends the measured coordinates value information to a data-recording device 6. The reflection prism 5a can change an angle by rotation in a direction with a rotary shaft 511a and a pivoting shaft 511b of a holder 511 as a center. The prism-traveling truck 51 can retain a specific position with the cell guide due to the magnetic force of a magnet 514. The measuring instrument 52 rotates freely in a horizontal surface, and the reflection prism 5a can be visually recognized even if it is mounted to any cell guide to be evaluated, thus successively measuring the three-dimensional coordinates value.
