VOICE RESTORING EQUIPMENT, RADIOTELEPHONE EQUIPMENT USING THE SAME, AND VOICE RESTORING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth switching from voice to noise to reduce an unfamiliar feeling to a receiver when restoration of voice gets incapable in a radiotelephone equipment of a digital system. SOLUTION: A decoding means 11 decodes a received signal to a logical code. A decoding reliability detecting means 13 detects the reliability of the code based on a parameter concerned in the reliability of the code provided in the decoding hereinbefore, and a means 12 for converting the code into voice restores an aural signal based on the decoded logical code. A noise generating means 14 generates noise of an audible band similar to white noise. A noise level control means 16 regulates a level of the noise to heighten it in response to the lowering of the reliability of the decoded code, and a sound level control means 15 regulates a level of the aural signal to lower it in response to the lowering of the reliability of the decoded code. A noise superposing means 17 superposes the regulated noise on the regulated aural signal to output it.
