PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamper holding structure for on-vehicle disk player, capable of suppressing fluctuation in a press-contact force caused by temperature change and optionally setting a press-contact force. SOLUTION: A clamp arm 6 is rotatably supported on a drive unit 1 having a turntable 4 loaded, and a clamper 7 is rotatably supported by the clamp arm 6. The clamp arm 6 is pressed in such a direction that it always approaches the drive unit 1, and the clamper 7 is brought into pressing-contact with a disk D loaded on the turntable during playing. During the ejection of the disk D, however, the clamper 7 is separated from the drive unit 1, and placed on standby upward. A disk guide is attached to the backside of a top chassis 8 hung on the upper end of a chassis 3, both ends of a coil spring 12 are locked in a pair of projected parts formed in a disk guide plate and, during the ejection of the disk D, a center part along the pulling direction of the coil spring 12 is elastically brought into contact with the upper surface of the clamper 7.
