PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bather from sleeping during bathing, to promptly report to the outside in the case of falling down of a bathing parson due to a sudden illness, and to make performable quick first aid activity. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first sensor 1 for detecting the entrance of the bather to a dressing room and being operated, a second sensor 2 for detecting the behavior of the bather inside the dressing room or a bathroom, a control part 3 for being operated and turned to a standby state when sensor signals from the first sensor 1 are inputted and inputting the sensor signals outputted from the second sensor 2 in the standby state, a warning means 4 for being operated only in the case that next fluctuation signals are not inputted from the second sensor 2 within fixed time after the input start time of the fluctuation signals of an especially drastic fluctuation value among the sensor signals outputted from the second sensor 2 and issuing warning sound to the bather and an alarm means 5 for being operated only in the case that prescribed fluctuation signals are not inputted from the second sensor 2 to the control part 3 within a specified time after ringing the warning sound by the warning means 4 and reporting an abnormality of the bather to residents outside the bathroom.
