PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an approval system for outputting only prepared data such as drawing or documents approved by an approver with approval data. SOLUTION: An approval system stores the data of a prepared drawing 100 in a work drawing data file 1. When an approver B approves the prepared drawing 100, the approver data of the approver B applied at that time are stored in an approver data file 2, and the data of an approved drawing 100a prepared based on the data of the drawing 100 and the data of the approver are stored in an approved drawing data file 3. Then, when date information stored in the approver data file 2 and the approved drawing data file 3 is made coincident with each other, the approved drawing 100a is outputted with the approver data based on the data of the approved drawing 100a.
