PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency by sequentially reading bar codes for parts identification, bar codes for cartridge identification and bar codes for mounter address identification, collating them with stored relationship data and judging it as a mounting error when they do not match. SOLUTION: Bar codes for mounter address identification 30 are stuck to the under part of a position where respective cartridges 22 are set in a chip mounter mounting machine 20 in accordance with respective mounter address numbers 25 and bar codes for cartridge identification 31 are stuck to the respective cartridges 22. A bar code reader connected to a personal computer previously reads bar codes for the respective parts identification of respective parts reels 21, the respective cartridges 22 and the chip mounter mounting machine 20, bar codes for cartridge identification 31 and the bar codes for mounter address identification 30. They are collated with stored relationship data and mounting errors are judged when they are not matched. |
