CONTROL METHOD FOR DRYING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a drying system having no energy loss by controlling the supply air temperature from a radiator according to the drying process. SOLUTION: An open circuit performing extra heating operation and heating operation simultaneously while passing through a bathtub 15 opens a three-way valve 14 on the bathtub 15 side and the return circulation circuit 10 side and closes the three-way valve 14 on the bypath circuit 13 side. A circulation pump 9 circulates water in the bathtub 15 through a heat exchanger 2 and the water is heated by a burner 3 before being returned back to the bathtub 15. Drying is performed by heat radiated from a radiator 16. Based on a data measured by means of a hot air thermistor 20, a controller 21 operates a low speed drying method of low energy loss and delivers an operational command to the circulation pump 9, the burner 3 and a radiation fan 12. The circulation pump 9 is controlled to regulate the flow rate of circulation water, the burner 3 is controlled to regulate the temperature of circulation water and the radiation fan 12 is controlled to regulate the air volume of the radiator 16 thus suppressing energy loss.
