PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to improve reliability at the time of writing data of an EEPROM and to enable to restore easily to normal data at the time of abnormal data. SOLUTION: Previously decided prescribed conversion processing is performed for write-in data externally inputted so that conversion write-in data has correspondent relation of 1:1, then conversion vrite-in data are generated, as write-in data and conversion write-in data are written in a data storage region, a write-in means can discriminate whether write-in is normally performed based on write-in data and conversion write-in data or not. |
