摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely measure the thickness of both ends of a weld part by adjusting the position and posture of a probe according to the position of the weld part of a specimen. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flaw detection system is provided with a plurality of ultrasonic sensors 3 capable of being rotationally displaced according to the shape of the surface 1A of an object 1 to be detected and a probe 12 consisting of elastic bodies 5 and 6 energizing the ultrasonic sensor 3, wherein the probe 12 is set on the surface 1A to be detected and the ultrasonic sensors 3 are brought into close contact with the surface 1A to be detected, by an energizing force of elastic bodies 5 and 6 to detect a flaw on the object 1 to be detected by an ultrasonic wave sent from the ultrasonic sensors 3. In this case, a two-dimensional pressure sensor 11 detecting two-dimensional pressure distribution occurring in the elastic bodies is installed between elastic bodies 5 and 6, and a position and posture adjustment means is installed for controlling the position and posture of the probe 12 against the surface 1A to be detected according to the two-dimensional pressure distribution detected by the two-dimensional pressure sensor 11.
