PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication equipment where communication by a voice signal is not interrupted against the intention of the user. SOLUTION: The radio communication equipment that can make packet communication trough the provision of a TNC device in addition to voice communication is provided with a priority instruction switch 7 that selectively instructs voice communication priority or packet communication priority and with a microcomputer 4 that has a 1st transmission control means that transmits a hold signal to hold data transmission by packet communication for a prescribed period from the end of transmission by voice communication and at the end of reception when the voice communication is instructed with priority and permits transmission of data by the packet communication from the lapse of a prescribed period and has a 2nd transmission control means that permits data transmission by the packet communication at the end of reception and at the end o transmission by voice communication when the packet communication priority is instructed. |
