发明名称 CORIOLIS MASS FLOWMETER
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wire on a flow tube without inviting a performance decrease so as to be effectively applied to a relatively large Coriolis mass flowmeter. SOLUTION: The Coriolis mass flowmeter has a driving device for resonantly driving parallel flow tubes 1, 2 with opposite phases and a pair of vibration- detecting sensors arranged at the right and left sides of the driving device for detecting a phase difference proportional to a Coriolis force. Two wirings to a coil 3 of the driving device are wired symmetrically on a front surface of the flow tube separately to an inlet side and an outlet side of the flow tubes. Alternatively, two wirings are wired together to the inlet side or outlet side of the flow tubes and a dummy wiring is arranged at the opposite side to balance with the wirings in terms of a mass. Not only a weight balance of the flow tubes 1, 2, but a damping balance, a heat radiation balance are optimized at the inlet and outlet of each tube, so that a performance is improved.
