METHOD, SYSTEM, AND UNIT FOR COMMUNICATION PROCESS CONTROL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold control regarding all secondary processings which are performed for an outgoing call leg by allowing an outgoing-side exchange to release the outgoing call leg before an incoming-side exchange performs a secondary processing regarding the outgoing call leg when the outgoing call leg is not answered and when the corresponding outgoing-side no-answer time parameter is ineffective regarding the outgoing call leg. SOLUTION: An incoming call 105 addressed to a primary telephone number is made to branch into plural outgoing call legs 151 to 156 corresponding to prescribed relative secondary telephone numbers as part of a flexible calling group. The outgoing-side exchange 100 sets the outgoing-side no-answer time for the respective outgoing communication legs 151 to 156. The outgoing-side no-answer times are set shorter than any of incoming-side no-answer time. Consequently, the outgoing-side no-answer time elapses before the incoming-side no-answer time elapses, and then the control over secondary processings are put back to the outgoing-side exchange 100, which holds the control over all the secondary processings.
