PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the reliability of information and the durability of a disk by providing an opening and closing lid drawably in a disk housing part and allowing one pair of disk holding members to clamp a disk in the intrasurface direction of the disk at the time of drwing out the opening and closing lid from disk housing part. SOLUTION: An opening and closing lid 201 is provided with one pair of disk holding members 202 while positionally regulating a disk shaped recording medium 10 in the intrasurface direction of the disk, In the disk holding members, portions 202a bent at the outer sides of the members are bent outwardly each other and tip parts of them are bent inwardly. When the opening and closing lid 201 is wanted to be drawn out from a state in which the lid 201 has blockaded the opening of a case main body completely, the parts 202a made to bent outwardly of the disk holding members of the opening and closing lid 201 are abutted on the inside walls 104 of the disk housing part 103 of the case main body elastically deformed so as to clamp the disk 10 in the intrasurface direction and then the tip parts of the members 202 clamp the housed disk 10.
