PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a candle holder abundant in extremely unique decoration and interest in visible sight, never seen before. SOLUTION: A candle holder includes a cup-shaped holder mainbody 1 formed from a transparent glass with its inner face frosted by sand blasting, picture painted seals 2 pasted to the outer face of the holder mainbody 1 in a separatable manner and a candle 7 arranged on the inner bottom of the holder mainbody 1. The picture painted seal 2 is formed inside a frame 3 constituting the contour of a painted picture over which a colored plastic sheet 4 ranges. The picture painted seal 2 is forcibly applicable on a repeative basis without using sizing material on a smooth glass face and still formed of colored plastic material 4a which is originally in a liquid or paste form and hardened without requiring heating or cooling.
