PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make settable a head main body in a desired lifting-up position even when the lifting-up position is decided by a necessity on the recording/ reproducing device side, and to secure a required gap between a lifter and a gimbals spring in a lowered position. SOLUTION: The head main body 10 is attached to the tip side of a gimbals spring 21, and the head main body 10 is driven to be vertically moved from a lowered position in contact with a disk surface to a raised position separated from the disk surface by a lifter 30. In this case, a projected part 40 to be abutted on the operating point of the lifter 30 in the raised position and separated therefrom in the lowered position is provided in the gimbals spring 21.
