PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably form a good lubrication coating surface in relation to a shaft body and a dynamic pressure surface in a shaft body or a shaft fitting body. SOLUTION: A lubrication coating having good lubricity based on the uniform coating action of electrodeposition coating is easily obtained by electrodeposition coating either one of front surfaces of both dynamic pressure bearing surfaces of a shaft body 21 and a shaft fitting body 31, the film thickness on the end of the coated surface is uniformed by forming a film thickness adjusting surface on the end of the electrodeposition coating, and therefore, reliability of electrodeposition coating is improved.
