PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm whether an attendant attends or leaves and to record the confirmation result. SOLUTION: When the 2D code ID of a two-dimensional bar code added to the invitation card that an attendant shows is obtained in a step S21, it is decided in a step S22 whether or not the 2D code ID is registered; when it is registered, it is decided in a step S22 whether or not an attendance flag is set to the individual information stored corresponding to the 2D code ID and when not, an advance to a step S25 is made to register the current date and time as attendance information and further sets the attendance flag (update the individual information) in a step S26. In a step S27, the confirmation of the attendance is displayed. Thus, the attendance is confirmed and the current date and time are recorded as the confirmation result. |
