<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liq. crystal display device without generating dielectric breakdown of an integrated circuit in a connecting work of the integrated circuit and a circuit board. SOLUTION: A producing method includes a connecting step connecting integrated circuits 2, 3 driving a display panel and circuit boards 4, 5. As a switch 9 is set on closed condition at least in the connecting step so that a power source pattern 7 and a grounded pattern 8 of the circuit boards 4, 5 are short-circuited, dielectric breakdown of the integrated circuits 2, 3 in the connecting step of the integrated circuits 2, 3 and the circuit boards 4, 5 is prevented. And after the connecting step is completed, the short circuit of the power pattern 7 and the grounded pattern 8 is released by making the switch on opened condition.</p> |
