<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the presence or absence of liquid, a liquid level, or the like noncontactly. SOLUTION: A sensor part 1 of a detector that is provided with an oscillator 2 for oscillating a high-frequency signal, a sensor part 1 that receives a high-frequency signal from the oscillator 2 and returns a reflection signal according to the impedance change according to nearby status, and a reflection wave sensor part 3 for detecting a reflection wave signal from the sensor part 1 is moved up and down along an opaque container 5, thus verifying the level change of the reflection wave signal and detecting the inflexion point as he liquid surface in the container 5.</p> |
