PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent play of a battery in a battery retaining slot and enhance reliability for retaining the battery. SOLUTION: In this structure, a power connecting terminal 73 removably retains a battery 75 in a battery retaining recessed slot 6 of an apparatus body 2 with a battery terminal 75a energized, and the structure is so composed that the battery 75 is energized, in the battery retaining condition, in two directions perpendicular in the energizing direction of the power terminal 73 by plate springs 9, 10 and a plate spring 11, respectively and thereby restrained from moving in three directions perpendicular to one another.
