PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device of a liquid crystal display device free from any S/N degradation even when the contrast of a display image is reduced. SOLUTION: This driving device is provided with a reference voltage selection type D/A converter 27 to apply the driving voltage to a transparent first scan electrode group, common anode inversion drive voltage generating means 30 to apply the common anode inversion drive voltage in which the drive voltage is relatively inverted to a second scan electrode group, and a contrast reduction regulating means 42 to regulate the contrast reduction by respectively increasing/ decreasing the voltage on the low voltage side in non-inversion of the reference voltage and the power supply voltage on the high voltage side in inversion thereof in the reference voltage selection type D/A converter 27 while simultaneously effecting the tracking.
