PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding structure for a board, where a deck grounding plate can be dispensed with, component, parts can be lessened in number, a deck chassis is not required to be made of springy material, and the grounding structure can be lessened in cost. SOLUTION: This grounding structure has a structure where a board 1 is grounded to a deck chassis 3 through a head amplifier shield 2, a grounding fin 4 is extended from the head amplifier shield 2 toward the deck chassis 3, and grounding ribs 8 and 8 that are bent upwards pinching the grounding fin 4 between them so as to come into contact with it are provided in the deck chassis 3.
