PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a redundant circuit constituted of simple circuit elements, sharing an element region for reducing occupancy area and eliminating the need for a detection circuit for latch release. SOLUTION: A fuse is disconnected, redundancy enable signals/EN of L level are outputted from a redundant activation circuit 11, based on inputted activating signals/CS and redundant address selection circuits 12, 13 and 14 are activated. Corresponding to the selective disconnection of the fuse inside the redundant address selection circuits, address selection signals are outputted from inputted address decoding signals. When all the address selection signals are of the L-level output, redundant circuit selection signals/REN are outputted from a NOR circuit 15, and a redundant circuit is selected.
