PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an increase in an air supplying resistance and to further facilitate a carry or a containment of a wind tube by compactly folding by mounting a wind leakage preventive cylinder at an inside of a connecting end of a wind tube body of a windward side, extending the cylinder from a connecting terminal outward, and forming an annular edge having flexibility of an end of the cylinder. SOLUTION: A wind leakage preventive cylinder 3 is mounted at an inside of a connecting end of a wind tube body 1 of an upstream side (left side of a drawing) by sewing, adhering, welding or the like. The cylinder 3 is constituted of a film material having flexibility (sealability is not an absolute condition) similar to that of the body 1. Further, the cylinder 3 is externally extended from the connecting end of the body 1, and an annular edge 4 is formed at its end. The edge 4 is constituted by forming strings 4a obtained by suitably bundling natural or synthetic fibers strings 4a obtained by knitting yarns made of the fibers or a core material formed of foamed resinous string-like materials, and packaging it by the edge film material of the cylinder 3.
