PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide depressing and turnably moving operation type electronic parts to be mounted on various electronic equipment for turnably moving and depressing one operation control and communication terminal device using these, wherein less malfunction and ease of use are achieved. SOLUTION: A push switch portion 37 and a turnably movable encoder portion 35 are formed at the bottom center of a case 30 and therearound, respectively and a disc operation control 39 is mounted to be turnable together with the encoder portion 35 but independently movable up and down, so that the outer periphery of the operation control 39 and the central portion thereof are pushed down during turnably moving operation and during depressing operation, respectively, to operate both parts 35, 37. As a result, a projection area is reduced, one operation control 39 can be turnably moved and depressed at different positions of operation and less malfunction occurs.
