PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable fuel cell power generating system capable of stably continuing its operation, even if the composition and the production amount of raw fuel to be produced change. SOLUTION: An operating condition monitoring device 30 to monitor an operating condition of a bioreactor 10 is provided in the bioreactor 10. A computing unit 31 is also installed in the operating condition monitor device 30. This computing unit 31 is to compute the maximum output electric energy that a fuel cell body 6 can generate based on the operating condition monitoring, and its output command value 20 becomes the upper limit of an output set value inputted in a power inverter 7. |
