PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication system that automatically searches an unknown person in matching with a desired condition so as to communicate with the person. SOLUTION: When other device to which a transmission reception channel in pairs with that of the system is in existence within an arrival range of a radio wave, a transmission reception section 1 receives an identification data signal of an opposite party and a control processing section 4 discriminates setup of communication through this reception and informs of the setup by sound and light through a notice section 10.
