PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-speed and accurate unmanned automatic assembly of a line flow fan used in an air-conditioner by a method wherein a mark to detect a phase reference position through processing of respective images is formed on the phase reference positions of each of a side plate with a shaft, an intermediate fan, and a fan with a shaft. SOLUTION: A side plate 10 with a shaft is such that insertion grooves 7 in which the blades 11 of an intermediate fan 15 are inserted are formed in the end face of a side place 6 on which a shaft 5 is mounted. In this case, a protrusion 8 having a slope is formed on a surface positioned flush with a surface, in which the insertion grooves 7 are formed, as a mark indicating a phase reference position and a dent 9 having a slope is formed in a position, where a given phase angle is provided therefrom, as a mark for discriminating a machine kind. This constitution clearly photographs the protrusion 8 and the dent 9 when an image is formed by illuminating the side plate 10 with a shaft, the intermediate fan 15, and the fan 20 with a shaft from right above during processing of an image at a postprocess. Further, a kind of a machine is discriminated such that an angle between the mark of the phase reference position and a mark for discrimination of a kind of a machine is decided at each kind of a machine. |
