PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of deadline delay as little as possible concerning an ordered production system by performing scheduling by calculating the required time while considering the occurrence of any assembly defect in a production process. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a storage device 101 for storing master data containing production process information and work domain information, required time calculating means 102 by jobs for receiving data such as an article or amount for each job and the work domain to be processed and calculating the time required for processing the job while considering the occurrence of the assembly defect based on the master data stored in the storage device 101, intermediate matter allocating means 103 for successively allocating the respective jobs of intermediate or production determined matters forward to the idle time zones of work domains to be processed, and novel production matter allocating means 104 for successively allocating the respective jobs of novel production matters backward to the idle time zones of work domains to be processed so as not to delay the requested completion date of novel production matters. |
