PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacant room retrieval system unnecessitating the confirmation of reservation for each accommodation facility. SOLUTION: Data specifying the accommodation condition of a travel are inputted by the keyboard of user terminal equipment. The data specifying the accommodation condition are transmitted to a host computer 20 by a communication interface. Data showing the possibility of accommodation reservation are received from the host computer 20 by the communication interface. Based on the received data, an image is displayed on a display device. The storage device of the host computer 20 stores accommodation data showing the accommodation reservation conditions of accommodation facilities specified by accommodation facility terminal equipment A1-An. Based on the data specifying the accommodation condition, a control part extracts any accommodation facility capable of accommodation reservation from the accommodation data stored in the storage device. Data showing the reservation of accommodation are transmitted to the accommodation facility terminal equipment A1-An by the communication interface and the control part updates the accommodation data stored in the storage device and transmits the data showing the acceptance of accommodation reservation to the user terminal. |
