PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely and silently move a belt for transporting parts by permitting a one way clutch to transmit power to the belt from a power transmission member only when an operated member is driven in a prescribed direction. SOLUTION: When an operation lever is turned anticlockwise by a prescribed angle, a stopper driving plate 19 is turned anticlockwise with a shaft 10a as a center. The shaft member 20b of a one way clutch 20 is turned anticlockwise by a prescribed angle. The respective rolling elements 20d of the holding unit 20c of the one way clutch 20 are pressed to the cam face 20a1 of a cylinder member 20a, and the cylindrical member 20a and the shaft member 20b are engaged by a wedge operation. The cylindrical member 20a and the shaft member 20b are integrated and they are turned in the same direction by the same angle. Thus, the belt 9 can highly precisely be moved at prescribed timing and by a prescribed distance. |
