<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make preventable a tape by performing reproducing operation in a stop state after a cassette tape is inserted, inputting a regenerative signal to an envelope detection means and performing recording operation of a video signal and performing a warning display in the stop state when an output obtained from the envelope detection means is a prescribed level or below. SOLUTION: The tape cassette is inserted into a magnetic recording/ reproducing device, and a regenerative output check-flag is reset, and a microcomputer 1 issues a command to draw-out a tape from the casette to a mechanism drive circuit 4, and a mechanism 3 performs tape draw-out operation. When the output of a prescribed level or above from an envelope detection circuit 6 exists, the operation is moved to regular operation, and when a regenerative output doesn't exist, the regenerative output check-flag is checked, and when the flag is 0, the regenerative output check-flag is set, and a video circuit 7 is made a recording state in the stop state. When the flag is 1, a warning display circuit 8 is operation displayed.</p> |
