摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve drawing out strength and sealing property by specifying an enlarging ratio of a maximum outer diameter in a press-in part of a joining pipe with respect to an inner diameter of a flexible hose, a tear strength of a material for forming a flexible hose, and a yarn drawing-out force of a reinforcing yarn layer woven in the flexible hose. SOLUTION: A plurality of joining pipes 10 as a hose press-in part are branched from a joining pipe main body 9, and ring shaped slipping-off projection parts 11 are formed around an outer periphery. A flexible hose 14 is formed of, for example, EPDM whose tear strength is set to be not less than 25 N/mm, a reinforcing yarn layer 15 which is spirally wound is woven in a thick intermediate layer while winding nylon 6, 6 fiber for example, and this yarn drawing-out force is set to be not less than 0.3 N/mm. A diameter enlarging ratio of the flexible hose 14 is set to be not less than 20%, and an outer diameter of a connecting pipe 10 tip end is set larger than an inner diameter of the flexible hose 14. It is thus possible to improve drawing-out strength and a sealing property in a hose joining structure.</p>
