PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep an exercise pace suitable without making a carrying person bored concerning a step counter. SOLUTION: When the number of steps is counted, the number of steps is displayed on a step display part 45 and corresponding to the number of steps for every fixed time, the pace is calculated. Then, a pace display part 46 displays the pace by quick, current and slow paces, a game (horse racing) is executed in the process of proceeding the count of steps, and the result of game (ranking) is reflected with the pace in the middle of calculation.
