PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temperature elevation of a door pocket for a refrigerating chamber by a method wherein a substantially sealed space unit is formed in the shelf unit of a door for opening and closing the refrigerating chamber, while a cold air intake port and a cold air discharging port are provided in the space unit to cool the materials housed in the space unit. SOLUTION: A door shelf unit or an upper door pocket 16 is provided at the upper side of a refrigerating chamber door 1 and another door shelf unit or a lower door pocket 17 is provided at the lower side of the door while the upper door pocket 16 is integrated with the lower door packet 17 by connecting them through side surfaces and a door type lid 18 is provided on the front surface opening unit of the door to form a substantially sealed space unit 19 capable of retaining cold air therein. In this case, the upper door pocket 16 is provided with a cold air intake port 21 and the lower door pocket 17 is provided with a cold air discharging port 22 on the floor surface thereof to conduct the cold air from the cold air intake port 21 into the space unit 19 to cool the housed materials in the space unit 19 sufficiently and discharge the cold air through the cold air discharging port 22. |
