PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vector memory storage which stores a longer inspection vector and performs excution, without increasing the capacity of a vector memory. SOLUTION: This storage 100 is provided with a controlling means 1 which decodes an instruction from outside and controls a selection signal, a vector storing means 2 which reads vectors of M pins out simultaneously from a memory cell corresponding to an address from outside and a switch matrix means 3 which connects between M sets of inputs and N sets of outputs arbitrarily. Here, a vector length is increased up to by 'a' times, by splitting the vector output of the vector storing means by 1/a at a time with the switch matrix means 3 and outputting it, when a vector breadth necessary for inspection is M/a or less.
