The bag has a bag body (3) of flexible plastic and an open annular top end (32) for access to its interior, and an annular peripheral sector bounding the top end, with outer and inner surfaces. On the inner surface a long strip element (34) of more rigid material is provided. The long strip element forms a fixing segment with right and left ends. A removable engaging element (33) is fitted to the outer surface and on the rear of the fixing element, arranged so that it can be fixed to the upright wall. Two lateral side strip elements (35) are also provided.
