PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toll collector structured so as to simultaneously insert media such as passes or prepaid cards without distinguishing them and to easily insert such a medium. SOLUTION: This toll collector is provided with a ticket slot 14 for inserting a pass 22 and a prepaid card 23 with width different from the pass 22 into the device, pass processing part for reading toll collection information out of the pass 22, prepaid card processing part 39 for subtracting a toll based on toll collection information from the prepaid card 23, separating area 33 for separating the pass 22 and prepaid card 23 inserted from the ticket slot 14, pass conveying area 34 capable of conveying only the pass 22 based on the difference of formation width from the separating area 33, and separating roller 30 for conveying the prepaid card 23 stopped at a prepaid card stop position at the boundary part of separating area 33 and the pass conveying area 34 to the prepaid card processing part 39. |
