PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector compression tool having an electric wire temporal tacking mechanism, that has a grabbing mechanism of a branch line at a die for compressing a sleeve, can temporarily tack the branch line extremely simply, and can temporarily tack the sleeve to the die. SOLUTION: In compressing an electric wire connecting connector which grabs an electric wire, an arm-shaped support body 5 is transversely projected from one side surface of a lower die 4 which is removably engaged with a compression tool 1, the intermediate part of a pressing lever 8 is journalled to a bearing 6 of the support body 5, and a spring for energizing the tip of the pressing lever 8 so as to tilt at a constant angle. A part, projecting from the side of the die 4 of a branch line 11 inserted into a sleeve 10 which is engaged with a recessed part of the die 4, is pressed from upside at the tip of the pressing lever 8 energized by the spring.
