PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for navigating simply the contents of electronic broadcast channel information. SOLUTION: Electronic broadcast channel information is transmitted through channels other than a plurality of video channels or transmitted while being integrated in a video channel. Display is controlled by using cursor control keys 13-16 of an entry means 11. When up/down keys 15, 16 are started, a program list displaying a selected broadcast channel provider is changed so as to allow the user to see a temporally succeeding or preceding program or a temporally succeeding or preceding program list. Furthermore, when 'left'/'right' keys 13, 14 are started, a program list served by other broadcast channel provider is displayed. |
