<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve corrosion resistance of a steel plate for a cut protected fence steel plate, hold the property of being hardly cut for a long period so as to surely recognize the existence of the steel plate, and surely guard an underground buried material when a road surface is cut out by plating zinc plating on a steel plate in which Brinell hardness, extension, and a plate thickness are respectively specified. SOLUTION: When a road surface is cut and removed by a cutter in the case where a road is repaired, a steel plate is arranged on an upper part of an underground buried material for guarding piping buried in the underground from cutting and damaging by the cutter. A material formed by plating zinc plating on a steel plate in which Brinell hardness is set to 40 to 120, elongation is set to 40 to 80%, and a plate thickness is set to 6 to 50 mm, is used as a steel plate for guarding cutting. In the case of plating, a fusion plating method and the like are employed, pure Zn, mixture of Zn and Fe, and the like are employed as plating composition, and a plating sticking rate is set within 100 to 1,000 g/m2. This improves the corrosion resistance of the steel plate and enhances the property of being hardly cut.</p> |
