PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in deposition, wear and scuffing resistances, having very good electrophotographic characteristic such as sensitivity and residual potential and capable of exhibiting stable performance even in repetitive use and to obtain a process cartridge with the photoreceptor and an electrophotographic device. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer on the substrate and the photosensitive layer contains at least one of a positive hole transferring compd. having two or more chain polymerizable functional groups in the same molecule and a compd. obtd. by hardening the positive hole transferring compd. by polymn. or crosslinking with heat or light.
