PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a reliability of an electrical substrate of a gas meter against condensation. SOLUTION: This electrical substrate for a gas meter is provided with a microcomputer and a plurality of electronic parts mounted, and is fitted in the gas meter. On the front face of the electrical substrate 6 is placed a frame member 30 surrounding the whole of the substrate and having integrally molded substrate mount parts 32. An insulating resin 34 is filled inside the frame member, whereby the substrate 6 and the frame member 30 are tightly fixed. The substrate mount parts 32 of the frame member 30 enable the substrate to be fitted in the gas meter. The insulating resin 34 of a constant thickness can be formed uniformly without depending on a fluidity thereof to bumps and dips of the front face of the substrate 6. Therefore, terminals of electronic components or the like mounted to the substrate can be covered perfectly. Cost reduction is achieved as the mount parts 32 and the frame member 30 used for filling the resin are formed of the same part.
