PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to control a movement of a personalized character or a machine driving robot by coordinating a physical parameter in a gesture to a psychological parameter. SOLUTION: First, a psychological parameter input means 101 inputs a degree of affirmative parameter and a degree of extrovert parameter as the psychological parameters. A parameter conversion means 102 refers to a parameter conversion rule 103 and acquires an operation body parts ID and an operation object ID corresponding to a combination of values of the inputted degree of affirmative parameter and the degree of extrovert parameter. A gesture selection means 104 selects all gestures' ID corresponding to a combination of the operation body parts ID and the operation object ID. Regarding the obtained gesture ID, a gesture expression means 106 refers to a gesture database 105, uses display data and displays by having the personified character on a computer gesture.
