PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat accumulating system which is equipped with two kinds of heat accumulating vessels of a cold/heat accumulating vessel capable of accumulating cold and heat, making use of economical night power, etc., and a cold accumulating vessel for accumulating only cold, and can take out cold or heat accumulated within these heat accumulating vessels at need to make effective use of it. SOLUTION: This heat accumulating system is equipped with a cold/heat accumulating vessel 4 which can reserve water and brine mixture mixed at a specified rate and accumulate heat, switching the cold storing and heat storing throughout an year by a refrigerating machine for combined use in cooling and heating, a cold accumulating vessel 5 which can reserve water and brine mixed liquid where water and brine are mixed at a specified rate and accumulate the cold throughout an year by a refrigerating machine for exclusive use in cooling, cooling systems 7-9 which performs the cooling, making use of the cold accumulated in the vessel 5, and an air conditioning system 6 which performs cooling and heating, making use of the cold or heat accumulated in the vessel 4. The cold/heat accumulating vessel 4 and the cold heat accumulating vessel 5 are connected with each other through a freely openable/closable valve V1.
